Tuna Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 (9 or 10 oz.) pkg. quick cook mixed frozen vegetables
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
