Hot Bittersweet Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 sq. chocolate, cut small
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream or milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt the butter or oleo and chocolate in a saucepan until smooth over low heat.
Stir in the cocoa, sugar, cream and salt. Bring slowly to just a boil; do not stir.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and serve warm.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
