Reuben Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix corned beef, sauerkraut and cream cheese.
Form into little balls (50 to 60).
Dip into beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
Deep fry until golden brown.
