Taco Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    18 corn tortillas
    1 (24 oz.) jar salsa
    1 c. sliced green onion
    16 oz. sour cream mixed with 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack
    3 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large saucepan, cook beef until brown; drain well.
    Add taco seasoning, garlic, cayenne and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes; set aside.
    Sprinkle cornmeal in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole (preferably a baking stone). Place 6 tortillas in bottom of dish, overlapping and extending edges up slightly.
