Broccoli Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. finely grated cheese
2 c. Town House cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine broccoli and water and boil to crisp-tender.
Drain. Arrange broccoli in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine soup and milk, stirring until smooth.
Pour half of the mixture over broccoli.
Sprinkle cheese over soup layer.
Top with remaining soup.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Scatter over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
