Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or Polska kielbasa, sliced
    4 c. vegetables
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet; remove and drain.
    In same pan, cook vegetables until tender.
    Add sausage and cashews; cook 2 minutes, until warm.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
