Apple Cake* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. chopped apples
    3/4 to 1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except apples and nuts.
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into Bundt pan. Bake 50 to 65 minutes.
