Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat together oil, molasses, sugar and egg.
Add flour, soda, salt and spices.
Mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Dip in sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
