Six Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box bran flakes with raisins
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. unbleached flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cereal with sugar, flours, soda and salt.
    Use a very large bowl.
    Add eggs, oil and milk.
    Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    To bake, fill muffin tins that have been sprayed with Pam, 2/3 full.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
