Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3 medium bananas
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In big mixing bowl, beat eggs; add bananas (mashed with fork). Mix good. Add sugar, salad oil and nuts; beat until well mixed. Add dry ingredients; mix until blended. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
