Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. onion seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced raw carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, carrots and celery in boiling water.
    When soft, put through strainer.
    Scald milk; add potatoes, carrots and celery.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add butter.
    Cook 1 minute; sprinkle with chopped parsley.
