Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pot potatoes
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken broth, onions, celery and salt with half of the cooked potatoes.
    Mash this mixture together.
    Melt butter in saucepan; whisk flour in and gradually add milk.
    Mix all together.
    Add the other half of the potato chunks.
