Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla.
Add pineapple and eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, then add to other ingredients.
Drop on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until slightly brown.
