Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and beat.
    Pour into large well-greased cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done or toothpick comes out clean.
