Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 buttered bread slices
    3 c. raw grated potatoes
    2 eggs
    3 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Line casserole with 4 or 5 buttered slices of bread, crusts trimmed.
    Mix in bowl the potatoes, coarsely grated.
    Add eggs, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Wet 2 slices of bread with water.
    Squeeze dry.
    Put all in casserole.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
