Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini (3 small ones)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 small onion, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, drained
1 stick margarine
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
Preparation

Cut zucchini into thin slices, but do not peel.
Boil about 10 minutes and drain.
Mix next 4 ingredients.
Melt margarine and pour over stuffing mix.
Mix well.
Add to zucchini.
Add 1/2 of stuffing mix to zucchini mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
