Cornmeal Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift together.
Add just enough milk to form a soft dough. Drop by teaspoon into broth.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Do not peek or you will have soggy dumplings.
Boiled ham bone and broth is good.
