English Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas
    2 Tbsp. liquid from peas
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely cut pimento
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter slowly for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat and serve.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
