Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt until smooth.
Stir in fruit and nuts.
Fold in cranberry sauce and Cool Whip.
Freeze in muffin tins lined with cupcake papers.
Makes about 18.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving on lettuce.
