Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese
1 lb. Old English cheese
1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, mashed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Allow all three cheeses to soften and add the chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic clove.
Mix to consistency of spread.
Form into a ball and refrigerate until semi-firm.
Roll in chopped parsley, chopped nuts or sprinkle with paprika.
Chill well and set out 1/2 hour before serving.
