Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. half and half
4 eggs, beaten
dash of pepper
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
10-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together Cheddar cheese and flour.
Then add the half and half, eggs, crab meat, onion and seasonings.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
Serves 6.
