Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1 small can pimiento
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and let stand several hours, preferably overnight.
Relish keeps well.
