Corn Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
6 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. yellow corn meal
2 cans yellow cream style corn
1 small can chopped green chili peppers
1 c. grated cheese
paprika
Preparation

Note:
Do not use metal spoon or bowl for mixing and do not refrigerate.
If air gets in the bag, let it out.
It is normal for the batter to bubble, thicken and ferment.
