Reuben Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 pt. can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    3 Tbsp. shredded fresh parsley
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Partially boil potatoes in water and drain.
    Brown ground sausage in skillet.
    Put all ingredients together (except the cheese) and put in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    The last 5 or 10 minutes, add the shredded Swiss cheese on top to melt.
