Squash-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 c. squash, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans cream of chicken or 1 can of each
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir well after first half hour baking.
