St. Louie Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. nonfat sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Defrost hash browns.
    In a large bowl mix onion, sour cream, margarine, soup and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Stir in potatoes, chives and parsley. Spread in prepared pan.
    Top with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
