Mozzarella Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine beef, bread, eggs, onion, salt and oregano.
    Stir in 3/4 cup tomato sauce.
    Press meat on wax paper.
    Sprinkle with cheese and top with mushrooms.
    Roll and place in pan with seam down.
    Bake for 30 minutes; drain drippings.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf. Bake 30 more minutes.
