Chocolate Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (chocolate flavor)
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    peanut butter chips or other assorted candies
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix pudding mix and baking mix together.
    Add oil and egg.
    Form mixture into 1/2-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Press thumb into middle of each ball to make a thumbprint.
    Place chips or other candies in thumbprint.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove from cookie sheet.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Makes 36 cookies.
