Delicious Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (not hot; 110~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    2 small eggs
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (I use Gold Medal)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In a bowl, cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Mix in flour until easy to handle.
    Place dough in greased bowl.
    Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down with greased hand.
    Pinch off small pieces and roll into balls.
    Place on greased pan to rise 2 hours.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen medium size rolls.
