Night Hawk Corn Bread Muffin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar (can use up to 1/2 c.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Mix well.
Pour into hot greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
