Chocolate-Peanut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Gradually add sugar, beating at low speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Stir in eggs and vanilla.
    Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, beating well.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
    Yields 5 1/2 dozen.
