Roasted Garlic And Almond Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 garlic cloves
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 c. toasted and chopped almonds (6 oz.)
1 c. sour cream (lite)
1 c. mayonnaise (lite)
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation

Set oven to 300\u00b0.
Use lowest rack.
Place garlic in small dish and toss with vegetable oil.
Bake until soft, 30 minutes. Transfer to blender and let cool, 30 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard to garlic; blend.
Scrape into bowl, stir in almonds, sour cream, mayo and herbs.
Salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and refrigerate.
