Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 tomatoes
6 red peppers
6 onions
1 c. sugar
1 pt. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pepper
pinch of red pepper
Preparation
-
Chop vegetables and cook down.
Add remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook slowly for 1 to 2 hours or until sauce is of desired consistency.
