Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 whole eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. grated carrots
    small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together and add to oil mixture gradually. Fold carrots, nuts and pineapple into mixture. Bake in three 8-inch layers at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes. Cool. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
