Orange Slices Candy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 tsp. soda
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 lb. orange slices candy, cut into pieces
1 (14 oz.) box dates, chopped, or use raisins
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. frozen orange juice
1 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add to creamed mixture.
