Banana Cake With Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    confectioners sugar (if needed)
    bananas, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Cook cake mix according to package directions in 2 (8-inch) pans.
    After cake is done, let cool and then slice each cake in two to form 4 layers.
