My Favorite Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. cake flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter, cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add cake flour and salt.
    Beat well after each cup of flour is added.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    May be glazed or frosted, but good by itself.
    Velvety and delicious.
