Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken broiler, cut into pieces
salt
pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black peppercorns
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 bay leaf
cooking oil
Preparation

Place chicken in saucepan.
Add salt, pepper, garlic and peppercorns.
Mix well.
Add bay leaf and vinegar.
Cook over high heat until liquid comes to a fast boil.
Lower heat.
Cover and let simmer until chicken is tender and liquid has evaporated.
Add oil and brown.
