Tuna Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. tuna
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Blend biscuit mix, seasoned salt, egg, milk and lemon juice in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients; blend well.
    Drop from teaspoon into deep fat at 375\u00b0 or into 1/2-inch hot fat in frying pan.
    Fry from 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.
    Serves 5.
