Baked Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans whole green chillies
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    5 eggs
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Layer cheeses and peppers in a baking dish.
    Beat eggs, add flour, milk, and salt.
    Pour over cheese and peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is brown.
