Marinated Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cauliflower - small florets cooked slightly
    2 c. unpared cucumber, sliced
    1 green pepper - strips or chopped
    1 c. carrots - strips
    1 onion, sliced thin
    Parsley, chopped or otherwise
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix with salt, pepper, and paprika. Marinate over night and mix occasionally. Can add 15 oz. can garbanzo beans.
    1/2 c. = 75 calories. Can use sugar substitute.
