Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, diced
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomatoes
    1 to 2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute butter, onion and pepper.
    Add chicken breasts; saute. Add sliced smoked sausage; saute.
    Add Ro-Tel, tomatoes and rice. Simmer 30 minutes.
