Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
4 eggs
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in a food processor.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown. Mix next 6 ingredients in a food processor.
Pour over hot crust.
Continue to bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes; cool.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cut into squares.
