Mrs. Tuttle'S Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 tsp. fat
3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add sugar and fat to sweet potatoes while hot.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine with potato mixture. Knead for 1 minute.
Pat to 3/4-inch thickness.
Cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve with hot butter.
