Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can juice packed crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) can undiluted orange juice concentrate, defrosted
1 envelope plain gelatin
10 packets low-cal sweetener
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple into pan.
Sprinkle gelatin on juice.
Wait 1 minute, until soft.
Then heat gently until gelatin melts.
Remove from heat and stir in pineapple and thawed orange juice and sweetener.
Store in covered jars in refrigerator.
