Sauteed Zucchini And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. mild bulk sausage
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a small skillet until browned; drain off drippings, reserving 1 1/2 tablespoons.
    Crumble sausage and return it to the skillet.
    Add zucchini and onion to sausage.
    Cook until tender, stirring frequently.
    Stir in tomato sauce, cook until thoroughly heated.
    Place mixture in a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 2.
