"Bride'S Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices chicken cutlets
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 pkg. MBT chicken broth
    8 oz. water
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. marsala or white wine
    1/4 c. olive oil
    pepper to taste
    1 can or 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Place flour, paprika and pepper in plastic bag.
    Shake chicken cutlets in bag (a few at a time) until coated thoroughly.
    Fry in butter and oil until golden brown.
    Place cutlets in a shallow baking or roasting pan.
