Baked Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular long grain rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 soup can water
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine rice, soup, water, water chestnuts and butter.
    Mix well.
    Bake, covered, in oven preheated to 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
