Mom'S Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef liver
    10 strips bacon
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    5 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp and drain, saving the grease.
    Mix flour, thyme and seasoning salt in bowl.
    Cut liver in 1/2-inch strips.
    Dip the liver in lemon juice, coat with flour mixture. Fry in bacon grease, (add a little cooking oil if needed) until done.
    Sprinkle top of liver with chopped onions and crumbled bacon.
    Serve.
