Vegetable Soup(For Freezing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 qt. tomato juice
    3 to 4 c. carrots, sliced
    2 large onions, diced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen corn
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen green beans
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen lima beans
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas
Preparation
    In a large pot, add tomatoes, juice and carrots.
    Cook until tender.
    Add all other ingredients, except peas.
    Bring to a boil and cook vegetables until tender.
    Add peas and simmer.
    May need to add more juice or water.
    Flavor as desired, salt, pepper, sugar, beef or chicken bouillon. This makes a thick soup.
    I freeze in serving size containers.
    When opened, add beef or chicken broth if desired, water or V-8 juice.
    Heat and serve.
